3 boats raced in challenging conditions. 2 Laser Radials (Steve and Danny) and a full rig (Andrew). Andrew pulled out with a pulled back on lap 2 leaving Danny an Steve to fight it out with Steve getting the win.

Results

Only 3 boats out on the water this week, 2 racing, so there was no competition for the Watler and Centripump trophies. Steve in his Laser won both but, after warming up in the first race, Sam Hefford in a Radial was close behind Steve at the end of the second leg and might have taken a win if his tiller extension joint hadn’t exploded. Despite having to give up the extension to the Patrol Boat he finished for another creditable second.

Steve leads the series with Nigel second and Sam third.
